Lovely art-deco studio apartment. Great views of Brighton beach and the i360. Excellent location for the beach and cafes/restaurants. Hosts were great to communicate with and even offered for us to check out later on our day of leaving.

The locaction is fantastic. We walked everywhere. The view is fabulous. The apartment, particularly the tiny kitchen, is really well equipped. Angie and Trevor have thought of everything. They communicated with us well and they were very helpful when it appeared that our flight was going to be cancelled.
Don't be put off by the area around the entry to the building which isn't particularly inviting - the apartment is fabulous. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Fantastic location to explore Brighton & Hove. Very comfortable and nicely decorated in keeping with the art deco style of the building. The host met us to hand over keys and brief us. Well equipped kitchen. Comprehensive folder about the flat and surrounding area. Nice touches like milk, tea, coffee and biscuits left for us.
Getting the temperature right on the shower was a bit tricky - but there was a note about the knack in the notes at the house.
We found it difficult to get live TV/Freeview to work but iPlayer, etc worked fine.

The apartment, though small, is brilliantly located on a high level of Astra House on the seafront (stunning sea views) & close to buses, supermarkets & restaurants. It's an easy 20 min walk to Brighton Station, which is how we travelled down & back from London. Everything you could ever need for a stay has been provided by Trevor & Angie. A perfect place for a few days' stay especially as it has a fully equipped kitchen (with a view to die for) & a washing machine & dryer! Trevor made the handover of keys super easy for us.
