Cosy 1 Bedroom Apartment Brighton

Great position and quite spacious. Great shower!

A little scruffy in places… wonky Venetian blinds, cupboard doors not hanging properly. The bedroom window wouldn’t open so the room was too warm. Nothing wrong that couldn’t be fixed with a little tlc.

Great location in the centre of all of Birghton's busiest streets. Very close to "The Lanes". we went on one of the hottest days of the year and the apartment is positioned as such that it didn't get excessively warm from the sun however, there was no fan inside that I could find. The bathroom was fully equipped with a very good shower (high pressure and temp if desired). There was an array of seating and two tables for use. The bed was very low to the floor and the mattress was not very supportive but that is personal preference.

No fan that I could find. Mattress thin. Neighbours quite loud and drunken at 4am but that isn't the property owner's fault. No tea or Coffee provided.

The location is excellent.

It is advisable to check all facilities to ascertain they are all working perfectly.

Location was great! Near the train station, beach, must visit streets and restaurants. The place was stocked up with necessities i.e hairdryer, shampoo, towels and extra bedsheets for the sofa bed. Bed was comfy!

Host isn’t as responsive, messaged many times asking if there was a fan or not (as we travelled during heatwave) which was ignored. Couldn’t find the place at the start and when messaged to ask was also not responded. Needs a lot of TLC. Table leg of the coffee table was broken, wardrobe door was broken, bathroom door was also broken. Apartment did get warm, had to rely on opening windows. The front room/main bedroom had a window that was facing the front and the windows had no lock which posed as a security risk when we opened it during the night, spent the first night being worried about the risks. Also, not the host’s fault but the neighbours smoke A LOT outside, so when the front room window is open, if you have kids or just hate the smell in general just be aware of this.
