The location is fantastic! Apartment has everything you need in it. Host communication was AAA+. Access is great. You can park 5-10min walk away.

The second bedroom (the one without the second bed) has a skylight, in their defence they do provide eye masks which is a good call but there's no blind you can close (did impact my stay but could others). The outside area is useable and pleasant enough but probably not as well finished as the inside,

How clean and comfortable it was and the little courtyard . How quiet it was and close to the Brighton centre. .

There was nothing I didn’t like but my friend complained the skylight let in light so early and suggested a blind also no hanging space in that bedroom the double one rectified by a few hooks on the wall with some coat hangers

My wife and I stayed here and we were very excited because the reviews were so good. While the potential of this place is so very high, we were disappointed with the reality of our stay. Our friend was staying with us and had some issues opening the key box and the host was very quick to offer help. We were very impressed with the communication of the property management company and how quick they were to respond to any issues we had. Though you’re right in the middle of the busy streets of Brighton, the house is tucked back enough were there really wasn’t a lot of street noise, at least not what you’d expect. Generally speaking, our stay was okay, but it would have been really nice if we had had two working bathrooms, the washing machine had been working, and if some of the comforts of home would have been better provided like the other aparthotels we’ve stayed in. The potential of this place is high, but unfortunately for us, it fell short.

Upon arrival, the toilet in the main bedroom was clogged and the shower was slow to drain so we had to arrange with the management to have a plumber out to fix the issues, so we only had one working bathroom for half of our stay. There was no detergent and the washer/dryer kept having issues and throwing codes so we were unable to do our laundry, which was one of the main reasons we chose this house. Neither bathroom had any hand soap in the dispensers and the shampoo and conditioner were missing from the bath/shower in the second bathroom. We were informed post-stay that these are not provided due to previous guests having allergies and that we could have requested them. But this was not obvious in the initial communications after booking. There were no paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen and there were only two small towels provided for the two bathrooms, though there were plenty of larger bath towels. There were a pair of dirty socks left on the dresser when we arrived which we found odd. A few of the lights were burnt out in the main bedroom, though it was still very bright and the lights in the adjoining bathroom would occasionally flicker. Aside from the socks, the place was clean and the location is amazing!
