Die Sauberkeit, die Lage. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Für uns liegt die Wohnung sehr günstig, weil unser Sohn ca 1 km entfernt wohnt und die Busstation, nettes Cafes Einkaufsläden und mind. 1 Superbäckerei in unmittelbare Nähe liegen. Nachts ist es trotz der Nähe zur S-Bahn und Straße ruhig. Die proplemlose und sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bei Fragen war sehr angenehm! Die unten stehenden "Mängel" sind abstellbar und würden die Wohnung noch besser machen.

Im Bad sollte ein kleiner Mülleimer stehen, etwas mehr Staumöglichkeiten (im Bad und im Wohnbereich) für Kleider sollten vorhanden sein, ein Lichtschalter im Eingangsbereich sollte ebenfalls vorhanden sein. Im Fernseher sollten die herkömmlichen Programme (für uns ARD, ZDF, Arte, One und Sat3) mit den Tasten im einzahligen Bereich zu sein.

The room had unexpectedly many amenities like an emergency kit, small broom, toaster, coffee machine, air purifier, iron, heating device, plates cutlery and more. When entering the room there was a carpet to clean the shoes and a mat to place the shoes in so you don't bring the city dirt inside. Very clean room. And comfy beds. The curtains blocked sunlight very well. Also quite spacious.

I don't live in Germany so I don't know if this is normal but I felt a bit unsafe sleeping in a bed next to a glass door by the street. The conversations on the bench in front of the door and the people walking by made me uncomfortable (I slept alone). Also I didn't like that people exchanged keys at my doorstep, since the key boxes are next to the door. It is a very practical system but I would place the boxes of other rooms elsewhere. Also a small tag on the doors would be good to be able to recognize your own room with no doubts. All in all a good place to stay, thanks a lot!

Sehr verkehrsgünstig zur S-Bahn, trotzdem ganz ruhig. Nahversorgung in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Und in der gut ausgestatteten Küche sogar richtig scharfe Messer, super.

Ein Besen wäre eine tolle Ergänzung, wir waren 14 Tage da;-)
