Nice appartement for family (max 4) or colleagues to visit Berlin or Berlin Messe. Metro U6 is right at the corner, also supermarket and good restaurant/bar.

We travelled from the US for a wedding. The location of Magnolie was conveniently located near multiple forms of public transportation (S-bahn, U-bahn, bus, feeeway) right on the "ring". Short trip from anywhere around Berlin. Apt was a basic clean flat. There was some construction noise one day from another unit nearby one day but that was likely a one off occurrence and not something in the owners control. Beds were comfortable! Expect some city noise if you open rhe windows but not bad if they are closed.

Access to the train was great and about 20 minutes to downtown. Unit was clean and neat but stairwell and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. Communication with owner was fine and was responsive. Overall good stay.

Property owner stated no refunds so we purchased trip insurance on vrbo website. When we cancelled our reservations the day after the purchase (which was 10 months before our planned stay), vrbo sent an automatic credit on our card for the small amount of the insurance premium and refused to refund the cost of the stay!
