This vacation rental enjoys a pleasant, idyllic location on a quiet side street at the entrance to Neubeeren, directly across from the horse farm. Thanks to excellent access to the highway (which you can’t hear), you can reach Berlin (15 min) or Potsdam (10 min) in no time. The bus stop is right outside the door, and the regional train is also nearby. Outside, there is a garden with approximately 300 m² of lawn exclusively for the vacation rental’s guests. This vacation rental is ideal for large groups, as it can accommodate up to 7 guests in 2 bedrooms with a total area of approximately 65 m². The bathroom is spacious and features either a shower or a bathtub. The bathroom is divided into two sections: one room with a sink and washing machine, and another room with a toilet and shower stall, allowing guests to easily share the space in the morning.
