We had a bit of bad luck... The (floor) heating did not work, even after the mechanic came by the next day. The mechanic told us there was a malfunction with the floor heating and needed an manual reset. The biggest problem is that the company/owners behind the renting of this appartement don't work on the weekend. So no heating the whole stay of 4 nights. The internet also didn't work, but this got fixed after contact trough book.com messaging. So no big complaints... but let's say: positive criticism.

Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch, genau wie die Wohnung mit ihrer hochwertigen Ausstattung und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Einfach nur auf der Terasse sitzen und entspannen. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist einladend, sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das kontaktlose Einchecken hat problemlos geklappt. Unser kurzer telefonischer Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich. In der Wohnung warteten einige Begrüßungsgetränke auf uns.

Einmalig tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Lage ist toll, die Ausstattung hochwertig und für Menschen mit Handicap ausgelegt. Grundstück und Gebäude sind sehr gepflegt. Gute Unterbringung von Fahrrädern und Auto.
Trotz der hochwertigen Ausstattung fehlte mir ein Spiegel im Schlafzimmer zum Ankleiden und eine kleine Garderobenleiste für die Jacken. Über einen Wäschewechsel im Zeitraum von 10 Übernachtungen hätte ich mich gefreut und bei einem Preis von fast 200 € pro Nacht auch erwartet. Der fragile WLAN Empfang ist verbesserungswürdig , TV-Nutzung nur über WLAN und an manchen Tagen nicht möglich bzw. extrem gestört.

Nach kurzen Anlaufschwierigkeiten ein toller Urlaub
Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnungen 1-6 sind einfach top , es ist an alles gedacht und wirklich hochwertig eingerichtet. Beim Delux- Studio(nr7) passt tatsächlich einiges leider nicht
Es gab einen ungünstigen Start und daher auch Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Anfänglich herrschte ein sehr schnippischer Ton, aber es konnte alles geklärt werden und wir wurden für die anfänglichen Unannehmlichkeiten sehr sehr nett entschädigt. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum.
