Just as pictured, recently renovated. The pictures accurately describe the apartment. It was a very good value for the money and right around the corner from family we were visiting, will stay again in the future.
Not much to complain about, I could see how this location might be far away from some of the tourist sites but for us it was perfect.

Location is good/ 10 minutes distance from two metro citations/ 20 minutes from Steglitz which is a lovely place for shopping / there is a good restaurant nearby to the place
I stayed more than one month and they refused to clean my room although my invoice included cleaning fees. The door locker stop working and they didn’t fix it. The bed was uncomfortable. There were some noice and light goes into room from outside all the night. The cooker stopped working and they didn’t fix it. I found many guests in my stay and they found same difficulties and some of them were unable to do the check inn because there is no guidance for that in the building.
