Urban Stay Berlin Wilmersdorf

The location was perfect as we wanted somewhere near our friend's apartment and plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. Beds super comfy. Host really helpful and great communication. Everything really clean. Beds really nicely made up with cushions and towels etc. Separate kitchen and bathroom. If we had been just one couple or a family not separate friends, it would have been fine but for separate friends the layout is an issue.

The layout is really odd and just didn't work for us. There are only two rooms (apart from the kitchen and bathroom) and so basically you can either have a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) and a living area, or two bedrooms (there are three single beds in the "living" area) and no living area. We knew this in advance as I had checked with the host. The main issue though is that to get to the bathroom from the bedroom, you have to go through the second room ("living" area which might be being used as a second bedroom or have others in your group there who want to stay up later) so it just didn't work at all for us. If I wanted to use the bathroom I had to go through the other room where my friend was sleeping. The apartment is also off a parking area at the back of a building, with a main entrance door (before your apartment door up some stairs) that doesn't lock, which is a bit odd too.

Große Wohnung mit viel Platz für Gruppen und vier Räumen, die durch Türen abgetrennt sind. In der Straße sind viele Restaurants, Imbisse und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem ruhige Lage der Wohnung mit Parkplatz im Hof und Volkspark in Laufnähe.

Die Küche ist leider etwas dunkel und klein, gerade mit größeren Gruppen.
