Environnement calme, proximité des principaux commerces et du métro en moins de 10 min. Équipement complet. Hôte attentionné.
Se faire aux règles de stationnement (rien d’insurmontable, mais ne pas hésiter à s’éloigner de quelques rues pour une place gratuite et hors résident).

Ruhiges Wohnviertel, gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr, viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines großen Mehrfamilienhauses und hat einen separaten Eingang. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Kommunikation ebenso, Check in war unkompliziert.
Schade, dass die Terrasse keine Möbel hat und somit nicht genutzt werden kann.....

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da und es war wieder alles okay, bis auf eine Ausnahme: es gab ein neues indisches Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft und das war mehr als okay, es war fantastisch!! Tolle Wohngegend und nicht weit zur City, kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustür! Die Betten sind auch super! Wir werden auch noch ein drittes Mal kommen...
Leider waren die Gastgeber morgens nicht erreichbar, wir hätten gerne ein Checkout um 11 Uhr gehabt, wie man es in vielen Unterkünften in Berlin haben kann.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i okolica. Cicha, ładna okolica. Dobry dostęp do sklepów. Mieszkanie dobrze skomunikowane (metro, autobus i pociąg) z resztą miasta. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem. Ekspres do kawy i szybkie wifi.
Brudna lodówka, Ze względu, że mieszkanie jest w podpiwniczeniu istnieje kłopot z wentylacją oraz robakami. W mieszkaniu nie schną ręczniki.
