Be in Berlin Apartments zentral und ruhig für Familien und Geschäftsreisende in Schöneberg

Nos ha encantado el apartamento. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Berlín. Una ubicación excelente, a pocos metros tienes metro, autobús... para acercarte a donde quieras de la ciudad. Limpio y comodo. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Barrio tranquilo

Superb location, with the S1 line having a station one block away, and only 3 stops from Potsdamer Platz, or 30 minutes to Potsdam and Wannsee in the other direction. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and well-equipped for home cooking, although there is an excellent gastropub almost across the road. Despite being at street level, the apartment was really quiet and undisturbed.

Some light over the entrance doorway would be good. We arrived after dark and we had to fumble around with phone-torches to see what we needed to do.

Die Ausstattung generell war gut. In der Küche gab es alles, was benötigt wurde. Das Doppelbett und die Kissen waren bequem. Auch die Lage war gut, das Apartment ist in einem schönen Kiez gelegen mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Eine S-Bahn Station ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine in der Küche war nicht funktionsfähig. Die Bäder waren in keinem guten Zustand. In beiden Bädern sind die Toilettensitze stark vergilbt und wackelig. Bei beiden Duschen musste man stark aufpassen, nicht die Bäder zu fluten, da es keine Duschvorhänge gab. Leider ist die Duschkabine in dem Bad im Souterrain zudem undicht, sodass das Bad nach der Dusche komplett unter Wasser stand. Hier müssten dringend mal die Silikonfugen (welche schon tiefschwarz von Schimmel durchzogen sind) und die Abdichtungen erneuert werden. Es sollte generell über eine Tiefenreinigung der Bäder nachgedacht werden, da in beiden Bädern die typischen rosa/gelblichen Schimmelspuren an den Duschkabinen und vor allem an den Silikonfugen vorzufinden sind. Ebenso waren die schon in anderen Bewertungen genannten gelben Flecken auf der Matratze des Schlafsofas noch vorhanden. Einen TV gibt es, jedoch nur wenige, eher unbekannte Sender und keine Möglichkeit, Streamingdienste zu nutzen.

Everything worked, it was great to have the kitchen to prepare some meals (pots, pans, plates, glasses, all were adequate). The place is in a great location close to a S-Bahn station, groceries, shopping, cafés, etc.

When we arrived it was dirty. It seemed like someone just came to run the vacuum on the floor a bit and change the sheets and towels. Both bathrooms had poo marks in toilets, around the shower there’s quite a bit of mold/ mildew building up in the silicone. All surfaces of the apartment (tables, window sills, kitchen counters, etc) were dusty, the stovetop and kitchen counters had smeer marks of someone giving a once over. There was an empty bottle and trash left on the floor on the bedroom. The cleaning fee should be returned if this is the condition it’s left in.
