2 Bedroom in great location in Kreuzberg

The hosts were very responsive on Booking. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. There was a coffee machine with coffee beans inside and we could steam milk on it, so that was great! Overall very clean. Lots of space. Nice area, grocery shop fairly close.

When we arrived I asked for earlier check out. On the phone I was told 3pm (1hr early) but when we arrived at the property we had to wait for 4pm, even though the property was clean and available. The code we were given to enter was wrong so we had to ask for assistance on the phone. Wifi never worked although I raised the question to the hosts. Would’ve likes to have a few more cleaning supplies, like something to dry the bathroom floor with and a swipe for the floor in the rooms. Floor was extremely cold, would’ve been nice to know in advance so we bring slippers, or slippers provided. With a child, cold floor wasn’t ideal. Property is on first floor with frosted windows so pretty much no daylight. There is a sharp corner on the line on the floor that connects the tiles and the wooden floor, so it needs to be fixed as it’s pretty dangerous. And finally, we asked for a later checkout and were told 12noon but the cleaning staff just entered at 10am as they didn’t know about that. We left 10:30am but when cleaning staff entered they caught us getting dressed which wasn’t great.

Wonderful quiet apartment in great location, close to the U-Bahn and a great Greek restaurant. The floorplan is great and I loved the decoration.

The tea kettle needs cleaning and the shower drains slowly.

Baño perdía agua por todos lados. Cobran por hacer entrada temprana pero cuando llegamos a nuestra hora aún estaba allí el personal de limpieza, que se dejó en el apartamento la bolsa con la ropa sucia de los anteriores inquilinos.
