Poets Place Design Apartment in Kreuzberg

Fijne plek, mooi ontworpen, comfortable bedden, naast een park, heerlijke tijd gehad! De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Er stond zelfs een flesje wijn klaar! De locatie is top.

Als ik dan toch een ding moet noemen; De hoofdkussen kunnen iets beter, deze waren iets te groot naar mijn mening maar goed dan zijn echt details... Het was een heerlijk verblijf.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location next to Viktoria Park. There are plenty of ways to get into Berlin all about 10-15 mins walk away. Apartment was beautifully furnished with a modern and fresh decor. Ground floor but felt safe with shutters on all the front windows. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of cutlery, plates and bowls. Washing machine and dishwasher. Left a lovely welcome card and gift which was unexpected. Lovely shower. Mezzanine bed which my youngest loved.

Only one bathroom but it at least has a separate shower and toilet.

Location and space and comfort and facilities

Comfortable, well maintained property in a good location right near a park with many amenities nearby (u & s bahn, bus stop, supermarkets, bakery, late night corner shop, restaurants, bars, cafe and playground). The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is good and the beds are good. The communication from the owners was exceptional which made check in easy and I’m confident if we had any issues they would have been resolved quickly. They also provided lots of tourists info and the property included things like an iron and ironing board. The apartment felt spacious and colourful with nice artwork on the walls. Would book this again without a second thought.

Worth noting there is no freezer compartment in the fridge (the owners confirmed this in advance) and the big windows in the main living space face directly onto the street which may not be to some people’s taste (there are curtains to pull across if you want more privacy).
