The place is lovely but the owners lack attention to detail or respect for guests. AC is broken.

There were keys in the lockbox. However the owner did not provide sufficient instructions of how to find the second apartment. They kept repeating 'the upper floor' with no instructions. Very confusing but we eventually tried the key on other doors in the street to finally find the second apartment. The owner ignored requests for information.

Lack of instructions on the parking situation, lack of communication from the owner - they insisted we add them and message them on Whatsapp but then stopped replying when we could not find the right door to the second apartment. THERE IS NO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE AS ADVERTISED. We had to park in a completely different town and take a shuttle bus in. They did not answer the phone when I tried to call. Most importantly the AC wad broken! The room was very very hot to sleep in. We had the AC switched to 'cool' and '17'. The AC needs maintenance because the room did not cool and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. When I asked for a refund because of this, I received messages from the owner accusing us of stealing cups and glasses! Completely untrue - We did not even use any cups of glasses because we were only there for afew hours because of the terrible parking situation we could not check in until very late, went for dinner, slept for 3 hours and then left at 3.30AM. Additionally we had luggage restrictions and our luggage was completely full so why would I want to steal your cups?! This is very bizarre accusation. We had our own water bottles. No pictures or evidence has been provided of any broken or missing cups.

Lindo y cómodo departamento con excelente ubicación!

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Mijas Pueblo, cerca de la plaza principal, restaurantes y locales, y del estacionamiento Municipal. El departamento es igual a las fotos, muy lindo restaurado. Cuenta con tele con cuenta de Netflix y Youtube abierta para poder disfrutar, y el wifi anda excelente.

Un poco de olor que puede provenir de la zona (son departamentos antiguos restaurados), ya lo levante con el dueño y prometió revisarlo. Así como también las ventanas que suelen hacer ruido cuando hay mucho viento. También lo informé y lo estará revisando.

NOS DEJÓ TIRADOS EN LA CALLE toda la noche

FATAL , cuando llegamos nos quedamos esperando dos horas en la puerta y nadie nos atendía ni el teléfono ni la asistencia , tuvimos la suerte de que había una vecina y pudimos contactar con el dueño que aún así tardo . Después de un buen rato tener las llaves entramos y está todo como si no hubieran limpiado con polvo y todo , además había telarañas y no había ni papel higiénico . Y por si no fuera poco se nos olvidan las llaves en el apartamento y el tío no se hace responsable NOS DEJÓ EN LA CALLE ( nos ofreció que pagáramos 80€ más y nos daba el de abajo) SIN NUESTRAO MEDICAMENTOS Y PERTENENCIAS no lo recomiendo para nada!!! Amdess nos insultó y fue un mal educado FATAL!!
