Wonderful stay

Wonderful accommodation that had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was warm and easy to control the temperature. Lovely added touch of the dog bed and towel. The shower was powerful, the accommodation was very clean. The location was great, we did the Ingleton Waterfall Trail and only came across 2 other walkers while doing the walk in February. We would definitely stay again.

Property well loved and a home from home feel comfortable the sofa and Bed .Most important.

Everything was lovely , Nicely furnished I’d belief as good as what the owners would want out of a holiday let . Well presented clean and fresh . And lovely and warm . Let the heating do its own thing/ timing and that was adequate despite having the storm. As it is December best holiday let I’ve been in for a long time . I will tell it as it is , as I’ve just retired after owning a holiday cottage for over 20yrs . And this was a superb standard than what can be out there .Hope it may long continue .

The parking was a bit tight . We would not have a a front FENCE at the front of the property . The Parking area .Because some visitors won’t be good at parking their Car . As it is could be easily damaged . But was ok for us just giving you a Heads up as time goes on .

Perfect.

The property was amazing. It felt like home the second we arrived. It was so cosy and relaxing. Wish we had booked an extra night, didnt want to go home.

We wasn't provided with enough toilet roll. We ran out. Also, the milk provided was a day out of date. We had to go to the shop to buy more toilet roll and milk. But these are minor issues and didnt affect our stay at all.

Warm, modern and comfortable annex!

Very comfortable accommodation: huge bed, great shower and lovely views. The dog bed, blanket and spare poo bags were very welcome! Great base to explore the Lake District.

A lovely, well-equipped annex in a fantastic location with beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay at this annex in Ingleton. The location was brilliant with beautiful views right from the property, and it was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A lovely touch was the extras for our dog, including a towel and poo bags, which made it feel really welcoming. The internet was a little intermittent at times, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we’d happily return.
