The accommodation was perfect! Everything was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is great — close to the center of Mestre and the bus to Venice, with easy highway access to nearby cities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the private parking was a huge plus. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it 😊

Great location and a very clean apartment. The renovation is modern and pleasant — I really enjoyed my stay overall.

A few small details could make it even better: hooks for towels in the bathroom, a coat rack in the hallway, and some shower gel provided.

1. The apartment was very clean. 2. ⁠The washroom was specious. The entry door to the shower was a little tight. 3. ⁠The kitchen was well equipped. Salt, sugar and oil were not provided. Usually hosts keep these little things. 4. ⁠The beds were comfortable. 5. ⁠The television had apps like Netflix etc. Was useful. 6. ⁠The heating was adequate and comfortable in the passage. The bedroom had the airconditioner in one corner so the other part of the room would remain cold and there was no heating in the living room. 7. ⁠The apartment is on the ground floor and thus easily accessible. Close to the road, yet very quiet and the kitchen faces a nice little garden outside.

1. The hosts should have informed us that we shall have to inform them 30 minutes in advance before arriving. We reached the apartment and called up the host. They asked us to wait for 30 minutes. This actually stretched to 45 minutes, waiting by the road side with the luggage. During a vacation when you just have 2 days in Venice these 45 minutes of delay can be wasteful. The hosts should be mindful of this. 2. There’s a washing machine but detergent is not provided. It’s wasteful. Tourists cannot carry detergent with them. How much would it cost to keep some handy. 3. ⁠Everywhere else we have travelled the hosts provide good toiletries like body wash and shampoos. Here we were given a few tiny soap bars. Very inconvenient. People who book this apartment should carry their own. Alternatively the hosts may consider providing better ones. 4. ⁠There are no power points in the living room. To work on the laptop I had to use the dining table and use the television point to connect the charger.

Удобная квартира, удобные кровати, хорошо оборудованная просторная кухня, отличный напор горячей воды в душе. Остановка автобуса до Венеции за углом, в двух минутах ходьбы.

Не хватало полотенцесушителя и вешалок в ванной комнате.
