Amazing location, 5 minutes walk to stores, restaurants, the main piazza, 5 min walk to the Bergamo train station taking you anywhere you want to go. Super clean, modern apartment, clean comfortable bed and pillows. 3rd floor quiet apartment with a lift. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher. Amazing location and apartment will recommend 100%, exactly like the photos.

It was so well located and did the job for what we needed. Everything was good condition and light and bright! Great towels!

The check-in process was quite long (required us to submit passport details ahead of time) and it wasn’t clear how to pay. The beds were very squeaky and there weren’t instructions on how to use the shutters, so we couldn’t use them for the first couple of nights (and we weren’t aware of the shutters either – perhaps naïve but they aren’t common in the UK!). The host was responsive, but often only replied to part of the message. We didn’t love having three beds in one room either.
