The house was in a good location walkable to local restaurants and shops. The top floor bedroom with balcony was nice and the bedding was clean. The toiletries we're a nice touch. The area overall is reasonably quiet.

For a home that was advertised big enough for 7 people there is no parking. You can only register 1 car to park in a visitors bay that's if you can find one. We had to park both cars a fair distance away from the house. The home is in need of a lot of repairs and a new coat of paint, carpets were stained and the walls had scuff marks all over the house. A small chunk of wall was missing behind the chair. The broom in the cupboard was broken so we couldn't sweep up. We received a text message about noise level when at the time we were in a restaurant. Housekeeping called by to drop a travel cot off for our use so I can only assume with the door knocking caused our dogs to bark. It's also advertised as being pet friendly had i known the charge per dog prior to booking I would have looked elsewhere. There isn't enough glasses (1 wine glass and that was dirty) 4 coffee cups so we had coffee in shifts. The oven above the worktop was missing both knots. The safety latch on the front door is missing a screw. The bin was already full when we arrived I know there are local issues with services.
