Unacceptable and horrible

I wish I could write something positive however I cannot.

I booked this for five ( my adult child and his friends). Unfortunately it was unhygienic and dirty. Mould on the ceiling, what looked like blood on the walls and doors, some white substance left in a glass, to top it off my child and one of his friends woke up the next morning with bed bug bites covering them. We moved them to other accommodation. When I spoke with the owner, he was very apologetic and offered an emergency clean which I had to deny due to the bed bug issue, that cannot be solved in an afternoon from an emergency clean. I told him once I got a refund, I would not leave a review and just let it go as I believe his cleaners let him down. Booking.com has come back to say owner said no refund due to me saying no to his solution which wasn’t suitable solution. It’s totally unacceptable. $911.25 for unhygienic dirty accommodation and bed bug bites. I’ll be seeking small claims court if this is not refunded.
