It was a good location for us. Good that everyone could have a room each and great there was 3 bathrooms. Nice park for walking close by and quiet neighbourhood.

There was no dishcloth so very hard to wipe the bench down. Only 1 tea towel and more cutlery eg: smaller sharp knife and teaspoons needed. Not every bathroom had a bath mat. Gets very hot upstairs so an air con would be great for the upper level.

I had a funeral to attend with family. This accommodation offered plenty of beds and bathrooms for myself and siblings to stay at. Nice and quiet backs onto a green space and felt secure.

Not a complaint but there were ants on the bench and in cupboard when we got there. Would take a few extra pillows next time but it was a last minute need to stay in Auckland so was sufficient and a nice modern home for the night. Also shower gel and shampoo was provided but was empty lucky supermarket is close.

Very much enjoyed our stay

Tidy, modern and quiet space. Kitchen had everything you need. Property is close to great eateries along Lincoln Road and Henderson. Very close to highway if you need to travel around Auckland. Sampson was also very accommodating for us. Such a great host ☺️

Car park is a little hard to manoeuvre if you have a big car.

Great value for our small family, secure, clean and close to main shopping centre.

Loved the bedrooms here good space and main bedroom had great walk in wardrobe with plenty of room and a lovely view over the reserve. Great secure property and good value for money.

Overall the house was lovely but it didn’t feel welcoming because the finishing touches were basic.

Received an upgrade when they had double booked us. House was roomy and modern. Bathrooms were lovely. House bordered a large reserve. No aircon but fans in every room.

Limited number of pillows (one per adult) and they were uncomfortable. Curtains in one of the rooms were flimsy and not hung properly. This left a gap and let light in. No bath mat in one bathroom. Needed more towels for 6 people. Fridge smelled of cabbage. Found socks and tissues under the beds.

The furnishings in the house were very cheap. Mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible (felt like the $5 ones from the warehouse) . I would recommend bringing your own pillow :)
