Stunning Studio in Central Hastings Close to Beach

The studio was lovely

The lift didn’t work and we were in the 6 floor it was a little confusing as to which apt we were staying in but after a quick message I found out and the rest was ok

It was comfortable and clean. I liked the decor and there was plenty of storage. The shower was excellent. The self check-in worked smoothly.

The WiFi didn't work. There was no hand soap/hand wash in the bathroom. There was nowhere for recycling.

N / A no breakfast was on the booking

The room was very hot, even though their was a portable air con unit I don't particularly like them as they are noisy I would have liked to have been able to turn the main temperature down myself.

Close to the train station so we didn't have far to go upon arrival into hastings. The room was a good size, comfortable, and with decent amenities. Close to the sea, nearby high street, and not far to walk to the lovely old town. Being close to the station meant it was easy to hop on the train to St. Leonard's as well, when tired of walking.

One of the numbers on the door code wasn't working and the code wasn't changed for half our stay, which meant we had trouble accessing the building for half of our stay. This was eventually taken care of, but it seems like an easy fix that could have been dealt with earlier. The lift was out of action the whole time, luckily stairs are not an issue for us. The fire alarm went off after 10pm on the Saturday night and there didn't seem to be anyone around to deal with it. The emergency number was not answered and though it was finally switched off it seemed like that was by guests who had experience with the system.
