Very spacious

Really spacious flat. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Short walk from station and short walk to seafront.

The flat is situated close to a couple of pubs and late night bars so it was quite noisy after 11pm on the Friday night I was there. I had ear plugs so blocked out the noise when I slept luckily. Also, could have done with a bin in the kitchen.

The apartment is as described, comfortable and clean.

The apartment is situated opposite The Yates bar and another one behind, which Hastings council have seen fit to give a 3 am licence to, honestly what were they thinking!! A little noisy is a complete understatement. Even with ear plugs and head stuffed under the pillow I can still hear them. The apartment could do with treble glazing and blackout blinds as the bedroom is lit up like Blackpool seafront. It's currently 4.35 am and I can still hear them outside because who actually leaves a bar once it closes when you can stand in the street yelling your head off, instead. Hastings council/police get your act together and sort this out, one ladies loud dulcet tones is particular grating. I've resigned myself for no sleep so with nothing else to do I thought I'd get up, make a coffee put a zombie film on as quite frankly I currently feel like one and give this review, which might be unfair as I'm not in the best of moods to put it mildly.. It's a shame as the apartment is really nice, if you're a party person and up until the crack of dawn then this will be perfect for you, oh to be young again, pull an all nighter, then go straight to work in the same clothes worn the night before but alas that time has long past me by 😢
