Modern Twin Studio in Central Hastings Near Beach

It was in a good location

We had to pay £20 for a damage waiver and were met with the following.. The lift was not functioning on two occasions The water in the shower was so hot it was impossible to stand under and the temperature was stuck and didn’t change when the control was moved The tap in kitchen area was very loose and difficult to use Light shades hanging from the ceiling were very dusty and needed cleaned Since we had to pay £20 extra or refundable £100 deposit damage fee and I feel the issues I have mentioned should have been picked up and dealt with during a check before we arrived. We did inform the host of the issues but were told the hot water was not controlled in the premises. The overly hot water in the shower was particularly inconvenient and could have scalded the skin

Good location

The hob was a bit fiddly to work but got there in the end, very hot in the rooms once the ac unit worked it was ok

This was a completely contactless experience, entry was gained by a number of codes sent over me email in advance.

The secondary booking system didn't work for me and a deposit was taken twice even though it failed twice but this was rectified. This isn't really necessary as all details were entered by Booking.Com, I've not come accross anywhere else that does this or asks for a deposit. .
