I had a lovely stay in this studio flat in Hastings. The flat was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was great, especially being so close to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect in middle of town and a carpark 5 minute walk away. The monsoon shower was exceptional, always a good temperature and plenty of hot water. The space and layout of the room. The lighting was good, lots of options and all bright or could be dimmed. The air-conditioning was a life saver as the building was super hot
The building in general was too hot, the kitchen sink tap didn't run very fast when wanting to wash up. The lift was slow and shook and dropped, made weird noises every time. Didn't feel 100% safe. There was a lot of dust under the beds and on top of doors. The sofa bed wasn't as comfy as we would have liked. I feel there is enough space in the rooms for some of them to have 3 proper beds and it be sold as an official triple room! Bathroom was super steamy because no extractor

Lage zur Stadt, Bahnhof und Meer
Extrem heiß in den Zimmern, Schlauch der Klimaanlage leitet nur nach außen ab, d.h. Fenster musste nachts offen bleiben und es war sehr laut. Die Amatur in der Küche war völlig instabil und auch in der Dusche war die Temperatur schwer zu regulieren
