Opções no café da manhã (ainda que simples), o atendimento dos funcionários, tamanho do quarto (amplo), localização ok e como tivemos que sair de madrugada eles fizeram um kit de café da manhã no dia anterior.

O hotel fica em um prédio residencial/empresarial, reservamos 2 quartos e minha amiga teve que esperar eu terminar meu banho no meu quarto para ter água no quarto dela. Não sei se é regra mas não arrumaram nosso quarto de um dia para o outro.

When I booked this accommodation, it came up under hotel category and is advertised as 5 stars so my expectation was of a 5 star experience. What it looked like to me is that the owners own a hostel and they have apartments nearby and that is what they class as the 'hotel'. I arrived at the address the map takes you to and got given a key and was told my place of stay was not there. On the same street is an apartment block and that is where my room was. Definitely a residential apartment. You go into the lift and access the room. This felt very much like what I would expect if I booked an AirBnB..this is not hotel standard and I would not have paid what I paid if I had known this. Would have been lots cheaper to book Airbnb or a 2/3 star hotel. In terms of the interior of the apartment, the photos they have are representative of the inside of the accommodation. The room was spacious. The booking came with breakfast and that was extremely disappointing. That is not what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast..breakfast was definitely that of a hostel standard.

- the breakfast was extremely disappointing, especially for the money I paid - the fact that the 'hotel' is not where its meant to be, as is more representative of Airbnb accommodation - the room is noisy and you can hear the neighbours upstairs, people outside. It is not soundproofed like they claim
