Good array of amenities, room was clean and modern and had a Japanese-style full-size bathtub and washing area, large in-room fridge, excellent location being close to train station, IKSPIARI and Disney resort, and there were free lockers so we could store our stuff before and after our stay.
Pretty quiet, but we could still hear some noise from the trains coming and going even though we were in 1F.
