Made reservation of a Stitch room for 2 nights on 6/5.
Fully paid in advance for the coming stay on 31/5.
Checked in on 14/6 but no Stitch room available. Downgraded ad-hoc to a standard room. Price discrepancy of total *** according to the hotel.
Reported to Agoda on 17/6. Been offered reimbursement of *** in AgodaCash.
Rejected as *** = ~44% of *** (no way Agoda can offer room rates at *** off). Got *** back in credit card as their “maximum” compensation.
Well, the hotel was quite decent. The hotel staff were helpful. But the experience was not nice, since I had to negotiate with Agoda back and forth during my travels.
Not sure if it was Agoda or the hotel or both, but I paid a lot more for not my fault.

This hotel is quite dissapointing for a disney hotel. The check in process is very slow and tedious with long queue. The reception need to go in and out a few times just to verify your check in voucher and you need to wait very long waiting for them to key in not sure what information into their computer. And it is only for 1 room with 2 people. No facilities since the pool is closed so nothing much to do here. It is also quite far from the park.
