    The hotel is close to Tokyo DisneySea (less than 10-minute walk). They also provided shuttle bus services to Maihama station, Tokyo DisneyLand and Tokyo DisneySea. The frequency of the shuttle bus services is a bit limited, though. Compared to Disney hotels and other associated hotels, the prices of this hotel are lower.

    スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで、色々な要望にも快く応じてくださり、非常に好印象でした。部屋にマッサージ機が完備されていたのも、パーク疲れを癒やすのにとてもありがたかったです。一方で、残念な点もいくつかありました。まず客室の清掃についてですが、毎回ディープクリーンまで求めないものの、目に見える場所の埃くらいは最低限掃除しておくべきだと思います。室内のいたるところに埃が目について気になりました。また、楽しみにしていたデトックスウォーターですが、夜にディズニーから帰ってくると2日連続で中身が空になっていました。一番ゲストの出入りが多く、部屋に戻る前に誰もが水分補給をしたいのにアクセスできないのは問題だと思います。外国人ゲストが多いにもかかわらず、「水筒には入れないでください」という注意書きが日本語だけで書かれているのも意味がありません。これだけ毎回すぐになくなってしまうのであれば、ホテル側として提供方法や補充のタイミングを早急に見直すべきです。シャトルバスが運行されている点は便利ですが、正直なところ運行回数が少なすぎます。周辺の市バスは非常に混雑しますし、タクシーは短距離だと乗車拒否されるケースもあるため、ディズニーランドへ行く場合は、最悪「歩いて帰ること」を前提に計画を立てておいたほうが確実です。

    Great Location - short walk to Disney Sea or DisneyLand or the Maihama JR line station- staff was great room was great and the breakfast option was very nice

    I layed down in the bed and 2 hours later my body where full of bug bites! They where not mosquitoe bites! Then hey changed me to another room and they didn't even offer help to move, plus the room was dirtier. No apologies! And then I went to sleep at 1 am because of that! BUT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT LATE CHECK OUT THEY ASKED TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE! They didnt even apologise! And the worse part was the other room was dirty. They do have a good breakfast tho!
