I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. It’s very convenient for visiting Disney, as there is a shuttle bus from the nearest JR station. If you’re taking the shuttle from the hotel to Disney in the morning, keep in mind that the bus is more like a minibus, so it’s relatively small and can get crowded. However, if you’re just heading home the next morning, there’s no need to worry. The bus is usually much less crowded later in the morning, especially if you check out at a more relaxed pace. One of the unique features of this hotel is that the reception is handled by robots, so you don’t really have many opportunities to interact with the staff. If you’re looking for personal service or interaction with hotel staff, this may not be the best choice. However, the robot here is a dinosaur, which is a big hit with kids! We had absolutely no problems with the robot check-in and reception service. The shuttle bus drivers were also very kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and they even have air purifiers. The air conditioning and bathroom were both spotless. I especially appreciate that the bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very convenient for Japanese guests. There’s a convenience store just a short walk away, and you can also order delivery, including pizza. If you walk a little farther, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and other convenience stores, so the location is very convenient overall. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip.

It's a fuss free hotel near Disney Tokyo! Clean rooms and fun lobby dinos. Hotel provides free shuttle to Maihama Station. A very convenient bus stop located few steps away that also takes you to Maihama Station. Love the location, two konbinis in vicinity.

Kiddos really expected more but the in-room dino robot didn’t work and the only dino theme was the front guest check-in.
