Great hotel and onsen was amazing. Transportation was a bit of a hassle for us but we made it work. Overall experience at hotel was top tier.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. The rooms are amazing, the view was wonderful, and the bathrooms are excellent. With a comfortable bed, great pillows, and good AC, everything was perfect.
The sauna was really good too, and the staff were super nice and helpful—they even made a map for us to find a place. This hotel is just wonderful. The buffet was amazing as well; all the food was fresh. This is a hotel I will definitely come back to.

The room with a view to Disneyland is extremely nice. The size was gre6for three adults. The public bath is a unique experience and us included with the price of the stay. The breakfast is also unique and the wood fired pizza is very good. The staff is very helpful and the free shuttle to Disneyland is a bonus. The hotel is in a quiet area with few restaurants within walking distance. Great stay, I loved it.
