This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath getaway is perfect for families, remote workers, or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of nature, with a neighborhood park right across the street—just 12 minutes from vibrant downtown Greenville.
The space
What You’ll Love:

• Work-From-Home Ready: Includes a desk with a monitor and a standing desk feature for your productivity needs.
• Fenced-In Backyard: Fully enclosed yard perfect for pets, playtime, or outdoor meals.
• Park Across the Street: Directly across from a scenic public park with trails and green space.
• Convenient Location: Only 12 minutes to downtown Greenville’s shops, restaurants, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

The Lower Level:
One master bedroom with a Queen bed is located downstairs, along with the playroom and a sitting room. The garage is also on the lower level. Two TVs on the lower level allow guests to sign into their streaming services. The back patio is off the lower level and equipped with seating, a picnic table, a Traeger grill, and plenty of space in the fenced-in yard for kids and dogs.
The Middle Level:
Consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four-range electric stove top, microwave, coffee maker, cooking supplies galore to host any meal time to fill with memory-making. The dining room has six chairs and three additional folding chairs if desired. The den has two couches and some additional seating options. Large TV and many books and board games for fun events.
The Third Level:
There are three bedrooms and a jack-and-jill bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds. The jack-and-jill bathroom has a shower/bathtub, two sinks, and two toilets. Doors on either side open to the master and the hallway. The master Bedroom has a king-size bed and TV.
We employ electric powered lawn care services that come on Wednesday and trash services are Thursday early morning.
Guest access
Garage is also accessible.
Other things to note
Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of soaps and paper products.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Excessive cleaning fee may be charged after a stay if kitchen pots and pans are left uncleaned, toys strewn around the whole level (we understand a few out is normal kid life) or pet stains.
