Each bedroom has been carefully and lovingly designed for your enjoyment. This is an absolutely beautiful home in downtown Greenville. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, museums, theaters and Falls Park. The house is one block from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The perfect location if coming to an event at the Arena.

This beautiful home is such a comfortable home away from home. All the rooms are very spacious and great for a relaxing time together. We really appreciated the generous parking area and the proximity to all the downtown has to offer. Greenville is a gorgeous, welcoming town and this is the perfect place to enjoy it!

We loved Greenville and the Lavinia House. It is comfortable, roomy and clean. The bathrooms are lovely and the water pressure is fabulous. The furniture is in good shape and makes for a cozy place to relax after sightseeing. The host were friendly and quick to get back when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect! The location was great for our family coming in town for our son’s wedding. The host was awesome and quick response for any questions.
