About this house rental
Your home away from home in Greenville! Gorgeous 3 level townhome that is located adjacent to Historic Hampton Pinckney, and is less than one mile to Main Street in downtown Greenville. Close to so many wonderful restaurants and sought after locations including Unity Park, Hampton Station, The Commons, The Swamp Rabbit Trail/Cafe, The Peace Center, The Library, and the Children's Museum. This home offers 3 Bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms inside each bedroom. The first bedroom is located on the main level and it has a King size bed. The living room, kitchen, dining room and half bathroom are located on the second level. The Master bedroom and Second Bedroom along with the washer and dryer are located on the third floor. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 full size beds. There are two flights (15 steps each) of stairs that takes you to each level. We are also located off of a main boulevard so there is road noise. PARKING - The Community HOA requires the use of the garages. The garage can accomodate two regular size vehicles or 1 big vehicle. The parking pad can accommodate a very small vehicle. Guests must make sure the vehicle completely fits on the parking pad and does not encroach into the streets or alleyways. Your Vehicle will be towed if the tail end is hanging off the parking pad. Please plan your trip accordingly.
