Mint House Greenville Downtown by Kasa

The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. I went through with it and received the deposit refund within a week of checking out. Turned out fine, even though it was a little odd. Last thing-pay for parking onsite. It is worth the convenience.

Listing was accurate. The price was very competitive. The location was great. Property was very clean, safe and comfortable- had all amenities needed for a stay.

Parking was easy and secure. Unit was sparsely furnished and the furniture and rugs were aging, but the property was a great value for the location.

Hotel room was clean & spacious with a full kitchen & laundry. My only negative was $10/day parking. It's a very small lot and was full when we arrived. We had to sit around and wait for someone to leave. The $10/day is a bit deceiving. We only stayed for 1 night so that should be $10 for the 24hrs but instead they charged $10 for Saturday & $10 for Sunday. Their parking app also does not let you pre-pay for the next day. We had to wait until after midnight before the app would allow us to pay for Sunday parking. Had we known that we would have done the nearby parking garage for less money & less wait time.
