About this house rental
This beautiful, freshly renovated home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home is great for mulit-family or traveling with older family as the house has a split layout. One side of the home has a private "mother-in-law suite" that has a kitchenette and it's own private bathroom while the other side of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is large deck in the backyard with a big table and patio set to enjoy our beautiful weather.
Our home is warm and inviting and will make you want to kick your feet up after being out and exploring the area. Tired of eating out? Our beautiful kitchen has everything you could need to make a basic meal. Looking to get fresh air? Take your coffee or meal out to the backyard and enjoy sitting around our patio set or large table that seats 6. Each bedroom is a good size with closets to hang any belongings you may have. Bathrooms are bright and new.
Parking is ample and can easily fit 4 to 5 cars in the driveway. There is also street parking. Home is easily reachable from the highway. While this home is close to everything, a car would be best to have to get around town.
Neighborhood is conveniently located off Augusta Rd minutes from I-85 and less than 10 minutes to downtown Greenville. The neighborhood has many cutely renovated homes sprinkled throughout.
It is highly recommended that you come with your own car. We have plenty of onsite parking directly in front of the home.
We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. It was a great location had enough rooms for my family,it could of have tvs in the bedrooms it’s not a must but could make better for other guests I didn’t mine I got good sleep

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great for a large gathering. The host was responded very quickly to our questions and was very helpful getting acclimated to Greenville.

Our children and grandchildren joined us for Thanksgiving and my 75th birthday, and the accommodations worked wonderfully for us. The house was roomy and had all that we needed for our celebration. Thanks for hosting us.
