About this house rental
House has central HVAC, in addition each bedroom has individual window AC and radiant space heating to maximize comfort!
Lower level owner occupied 1000 ft.²
1.3 acre property in executive residential neighborhood, property completely security fenced, with parking for six vehicles.
15 minutes to downtown (night clubs, theaters, galleries, museums, work?)
20 minutes to beaches; 30 minutes to casino; 2 minutes to our on-site entertainment center, which offers two gazebos in large front and back yards where we have sporadic concerts by professional entertainments friends and past employees of your host Frank K!
Most importantly at this time of virus contamination/travel worries… We are in the suburbs! The population density here is one person per 50,000 ft.² as opposed to 100 people in downtown Pensacola or 250 people on Pensacola Beach or 750 people in Destin or Gulf Shores! Yes we have bugs! But also birds chirping, ducks and geese quacking, dogs barking, a neighbor a mile away flying his model plane, and someone a few miles away getting a new roof installed but, sitting in the front yard gazebo, you hear all this plus the sound of water spattering from the pool fountain in the backyard! And no traffic noise or blaring the radios! This IS life at the end of a rainbow! Relax and enjoy the day then participate in our +E entertainment program in the evenings!
Guests have access to their room as well as the entire upper level and the areas designated as the entertainment center, swimming pool and the front yard with gazebo!
