Second stay. Will stay again. Perfect location. Great walking neighborhood. Beautifully restored home. Large open space. Everything one needs for a short or extended stay. Quiet. We love it! Great to sit on the balcony and have coffee.

Absolutely wonderful. The house is a gem, an old world building with beautiful details. The room was superbly furnished in exquisite taste and very comfortable. The kitchenette, while less than in an airbnb, was more than you'd expect in a hotel.
Its location is also great, on a picturesque street corner (the house across the street has a lovely rather exotic garden) within a pleasant walk to downtown and a few minutes'w walk to one of the best seafood eateries, Maria's.
It was so nice for me, solo woman, to return in the evening to this charming home, with its welcoming porch, then walk up the grand staircase surrounded by homey wooden trim and decorations, rather than walk through an impersonal hotel hall and long cold corridors.
I'd return anytime.
The fact that there was no one there. It's always nice, in an unknown place in particular, to have someone at the door. But this place is more like an airbnb run by an agency rather than the owners. The contact with the agency was also very impresonal.
