This modern 1-bedroom cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You’ll enjoy free parking, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and your own washer and dryer on site. The space is open, bright, and designed to help you feel at ease, whether you’re in town for work, visiting family, or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The Neighborhood:
The world's whitest beaches are only 10 minutes away, perfect for fun in the sun, swimming, or a sunset stroll. Adjacent to Old East Hill. Just 2 blocks away from Civic Center. We are also within walking distance to a lot of local finds such as the neighborhood skate park, Publix, Palafox st, and more.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Sunflower Cottage. Location is walkable to so much of downtown Pensacola. Cottage layout is great and the fenced in yard was nice for cocktails in the evening and coffee in the morning. Reservoir restaurant next door was fabulous too!
