Private family home close to the beach, fishing and NAS

Peaceful and fully equipped 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home close to the Navy base, Perdido Key and Pensacola airport. Located within less than 10 minutes to fishing / boat docks and 15 minutes to Johnson beach / Perdido Key beach.

THE HOME
We finished this place for our own family beach vacations and included everything we would want when travelling with our kids. The house features a large master suite with a comfortable king size bed. The master suite is very private from the rest of the house while still having easy access to the other rooms. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the other side of the living area.
The fully equipped large kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine (plenty of coffee included), modern appliances and is open to the dining area. There is an open office / game room area with a chalkboard to keep score, as well as games and some toys to make sure no one gets bored during your stay! We have provided entertainment for rainy days: adult and family board games, a scoreboard, a variety of toys and three smart TVs in the house. There is high-speed internet provided for anyone streaming or working.

Most of the house was recently renovated and will be sparkly clean upon arrival.
Enjoy warm summer days under the new patio structure with a roof and a charcoal grill. There is also a wood-burning fire pit in the back yard for roasting smores or to gather around on cooler days.

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
Since we use this house for our own family beach vacations, we have included many features a family could want: kids shampoo and body wash, toys and books. We even have a slackline and a brand-new swing set (set up in 2023) in the yard that can be enjoyed at your own risk.
Upon request, we can provide (at no additional charge) some essentials for babies and young kids to enjoy during your stay: a portable bed with sheets, a potty seat, a high chair and a baby monitor.
We grew up in Pensacola, so we know the area well and can help you with any questions you may have!

THE LOCATION
Our home is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood full of single-family homes. It is located very close to a boat ramp and within 15 minutes from Johnson beach and Perdido Key beach, which are famous for their bright wide sand. Near the beach, you will find plenty of great restaurants and bars.

HOUSE RULES
-No parties other than small family gatherings or small birthdays (maximum of 8 adults on the property at ANY time). You must let us know ahead of times if you are planning an event.
-No smoking inside the home or by the front / back doors or windows.
-All toys and entertainment, the slackline, the grill and all other potentially hazardous items are used at your own risk.
-If the grill is used, it has to be cleaned before you leave.

We have strict rules and extra fees for broken house rules. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan a late check-out, an event or if you would like to bring a pet, so we can find a good solution for everyone.

There are security cameras installed at the front and at the side gate of the home to monitor anyone entering or leaving. There are no cameras covering the back yard or inside the home to ensure your stay remains private.
