Trash and Recycling pickup are on Fridays. Cans must be stored on the side of the house. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. The house was pretty much like the pictures. It was comfortable & conveniently located. It was actually more house than we needed, but it was close to our son's apartment. The property managers were very easy to work with.

The area was perfect. The add claims "4 bedrooms
4 beds Sleeps 8" There are 2 beds that will sleep 2 each and 2 beds to sleep 1. The inflatable couch was not able to inflate even when we tried to inflate. Due to the fear of being blamed and charged for damage, we took pictures of wall scuffs, several stains/gum on carpet and dent in one of the bedroom walls the moment we got there. There were continual "gnats" from 2 large bags of leaking trash that were in the hot garage. 2 large boxes of alcohol bottle containers in the garage as well. We were there for a funeral and needed to use the iron and ironing board which were advertised. They said they would door dash and we received an iron only later that evening. The next day before we were leaving we received a ironing board cover only. It was a hassle, but we were thankful for someone coming over and taking the trash out the 1st day, which only disturbed the gnats and bugs in to a frenzy. This will probably never happen again, but it was our experience. Thanks.
