Please note:
- The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Furniture must remain in its original location. If moved, it must be returned before departure or a repositioning fee will apply.
- Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- ONLY toilet paper may be flushed. Any plumbing issues caused by flushing anything else will result in additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No pets on furniture or beds.
- Parking is limited to the driveway or garage only. Parking is not permitted on the street or grass.
- Trash pickup is on Fridays. All trash must be securely bagged and tied prior to placing in the bins. Cans must be stored on the side of the house, out of sight.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.

The house was pretty much like the pictures. It was comfortable & conveniently located. It was actually more house than we needed, but it was close to our son's apartment. The property managers were very easy to work with.

The area was perfect. The add claims "4 bedrooms
4 beds Sleeps 8" There are 2 beds that will sleep 2 each and 2 beds to sleep 1. The inflatable couch was not able to inflate even when we tried to inflate. Due to the fear of being blamed and charged for damage, we took pictures of wall scuffs, several stains/gum on carpet and dent in one of the bedroom walls the moment we got there. There were continual "gnats" from 2 large bags of leaking trash that were in the hot garage. 2 large boxes of alcohol bottle containers in the garage as well. We were there for a funeral and needed to use the iron and ironing board which were advertised. They said they would door dash and we received an iron only later that evening. The next day before we were leaving we received a ironing board cover only. It was a hassle, but we were thankful for someone coming over and taking the trash out the 1st day, which only disturbed the gnats and bugs in to a frenzy. This will probably never happen again, but it was our experience. Thanks.
