About this house rental
About this space-
Our two-story townhouse among the treetops is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful circle hidden right off the beaten path. It is central to PSC, UWF, NAS Pensacola and just a handful of blocks from the ocean off of Scenic Highway.
This spacious and stylish home is a unique retreat not far from beautiful Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key Beach, and all the culture our downtown provides. We are located near several pharmacies, grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, the mall and close to the airport.
This space is a welcoming one and you will enjoy the little details. There are themed rooms and all the little things have been included to make your stay enjoyable. With that being said, there are quite a few breakable items. If traveling with smaller children, I am able to tuck away some items in advance if needed. All damaged items or items taken from our home, will be required to be replaced. I do require that the reservation be made by a person 25 years of age or older, and this person must have a 5 star review to qualify.
Guest access
You can use all of the townhouse itself but the garage stays locked as it is only for owner’s use. No entry by guests is allowed.
Other things to note
This is a quiet and tucked away space to enjoy your time comfortably in Pensacola. We do have a RING doorbell camera that you may call us on if you have any issues getting in upon arrival, get locked out etc… there are no other cameras on premises. All traffic must come in and out of the front door. Upon checkout, just leave the beds you have used, unmade- so I will know which ones were used. This is an entirely pet-free home. No pets of any kind allowed.
