Centrally located in North Pensacola, is this recently updated, mid-modern vacation rental that just became available! There is a brand new private in-ground pool that was completed early 2024. Situated on a huge open lot in a quiet residential area, this gorgeous pool home checks all of the boxes for your crew's next visit to Pensacola! The home is less than 25 minutes from gorgeous Pensacola Beach and less than 15 from the energy of downtown Pensacola. It is also very convenient to the airport, hospitals, and shopping. Chimney Park on Scenic Hwy is only 4 minutes away! Come experience this home and you'll bring your family back year after year.
The single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has over 1900 square feet of space. It can comfortably sleep 7 guests with a queen primary suite, another queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom featuring a full size lower and twin top. There is a dedicated work space in the bunk room so you won't have to miss any assignments or emails. The large open living area has room for everyone and includes a huge mounted flat screen smart TV. The living room connects to a game room that features a card table and a vintage gum ball machine! The formal dining room is open to the large, updated and fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything your family needs to feel right at home. Down a few steps is the oversize laundry room with a lot of storage!
The backyard is simply amazing and has something for everyone! Step out the back door and you will find outdoor dining, a charcoal grill, corn hole boards, and a full size beach volleyball court! Oh yeah, and the beautiful, brand new private in-ground pool. There is also a newly built outdoor shower with changing room and a half bath. We had a great stay. Everything was clean and the outdoor amenities were awesome. The owners were nice and good with communication.

We came down for my grandson's baseball tournament. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Close to the ballfield which was great! The house had everything we needed, was very clean and the backyard was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool each day after being at the ballfield in the sun. I hope to get the chance to stay here again.

We so enjoyed this house! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, plenty of space, great laundry area, places to hang towels and wet swimsuits, games, hangers, super close to several grocery stores as well as other shopping. We had an issue with towels smelling like cigarette smoke, but new ones were brought right away. My kids (adults) thought the beds were too firm, but I didn’t. Consider bringing extra pillows, though. Bring lots of sunscreen because you won’t want to be inside! The back yard is a beautiful space that you won’t want to leave!
