Family friendly home in the beautiful East Hill neighborhood! Only one mile to Bayview Park where you will find water activities, tennis courts, playground equipment and numerous walking paths. Home is 15 minutes(without traffic delays) to the beach, 5 minutes to historic downtown and Palafox Street and less than 10 mintues to the airport!
Home has a large fenced back yard where you can play games during the day or relax and enjoy the beautiful evenings!

This was our second stay at Bailey's place. We love the location, close to everything but in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbors and walkable streets. The house is spacious with 3 large bathrooms. Backyard with a grill and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen

Great location for the “heart” of Pensacola…close to downtown to the south, and a few minutes to get to the mall/airport area to the north. Take 17th Ave. to skip in-town traffic and get out to the beach. Publix is just a few blocks from this house. We really enjoyed the beauty and coziness of East Hill. House location is very quiet, not on any main thoroughfare, but so close to where we wanted to go.
The house was super-clean and well equipped…Hooray for 3 full baths! Really great property! We loved our stay!
