This recently updated, gorgeous family home in convenient East Hill is being offered for rent for the first time! This home has been meticulously cared for and recently underwent a complete overhaul remodel. Every inch of the home's interior has been modernized and updated. We selected this particular property because we were in town for UWF’s graduation. Proximity to the party site and the graduation site was key and this place delivered. No detail was missed on this property. The lay out was exquisite. We planned for the possibility of my mother in law possibly need inn to stay with us but that was not needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a wine cooler and immaculately laid out kitchen were all used. More than we could have expected. When we return, we will be coming here.

The house was amazing. We had enough room for the kids to run around. We were down for a cheer competition and we had a weather delay so the girls were able to come by and hangout. The host was AMAZING at responding to us. We have recommended the house to others. It was fully stocked with anything you could need other than food. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and a park.

The home exceeds expectations. I don’t have a single suggestion or complaint. The kitchen (though we ended up not cooking) has everything you could possibly need and more. The home and grounds are very clean, quiet and well maintained neighborhood, and convenient to everything. Very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect! Great location, easy commute to everyplace! Loved walking around the neighborhood and sitting on the front porch! The house had everything you needed and could think of! Great place would definitely rent again
