Excellent location 5 min safe walk to the village, newly refurbished, comfortable, nice touches in coffee, cereals and various staple items were much appreciated.
Nothing really, at times the heaters got the place too hot but they were adjustable. Not much noise insulation from the apartment above but wasn't a big problem.

No. 2 Rosebank is one of four apartments in a 2-story building located just off of R238 in a quiet and wooded area a 5 to 10 minute walk along R238 (there's a sidewalk) from the restaurants and pubs of Moville. There is off-street parking beside the building. We - my wife, our son and I - found the 2-bedroom apartment very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Barbara made sure the heating system was on, so the apartment felt warm and comfortable in the early morning and late in the evening. In the bathroom, the shower was roomy and the hot water wonderful. We really appreciated how quiet the area was; if there were any occupants in the three other units in the building, we didn't hear them.
Initially, we were disappointed that there is no view of Lough Foyle from the apartment. However, the Lough is visible when one walks down R238 (the area of the apartment is slightly above the business center of Moville) towards the center of town. Once one is on Main Street, which forms the axis of the town and runs perpendicular to R238, the proximity of the Lough is inescapable. So, the lack of a view from our rooms soon made no difference at all.

The only slight niggle (and it really is a very minor niggle) - the outside path was a bit dirty and covered in moss. Could have done with a jet wash.

Easy to find
Owners did not reply To message sent the day before asking if it was possible to check in a little earlier. They did not send the code for the key box which meant waiting outside until 3pm and then having to contact both owners before eventually getting the key code. Better communication would have helped.
