Great location with comfortable beds, needs some TLC

Excellent location for town and purpose of our visit. Great for one night at short notice. Lovely crisp bed linen and comfortable beds. Good size kitchen and nice dining area.

Property is a little tired and in need of some TLC, water damage to window boards in several rooms. Bathroom wash hand basin tap not fixed to basin and very difficult to operate as tap moves when turned on and off, consequently water drips continuously causing staining to sink. Shower pressure not great but adequate.

Adequate but not great

It was fairly comfortable. Clean linens and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped.

There was a musty odor, especially in the living room. The kitchen and living room floors were sticky on my bare feet. The mattress was dirty and should really be replaced. There were a lot of flies coming in the screenless windows and no other way to cool the place. I took out the trash and kept food in the fridge but still there were so many flies! The water pressure was pretty weak. When you turn on the heat or hot water heater it gets very hot! No way to regulate it- either on or off. There were two mini fridges and a freezer, only one of which was turned on. I saw long curly black hair in the shower and the bedroom (not mine). The wifi was sporadic and weak. It was walkable to town but I drove most of the time. Down stairs renter smoked right under my open bedroom window until I asked him not to. Then neighbors smoke also blew in. I had to close the window to sleep without gagging on smoke the last couple of nights.

There is a hole in the kitchen radiator that caused water to leak all over the kitchen. There is a smell of must in the sitting room. Smell of cat urine in the hall.

Very relaxing stay close to the town and facilities

Very quiet location spotlessly clean excellent comfy beds with good quality bed linen they also allow you to bring a pet I brought my service dog it was perfect

The meter system for the heating we couldn't get the heating to work after first day however the water heater worked perfectly well and weather was good
