Everything was exactly what I was looking for. It is a nice and quiet area - 2kh from downtown, a new and cozy apartment on the third floor - very well equipped, a balcony offered nice view to drink your coffee, nice mattress, amazing bathroom and kitchen. To enter the building, you'll need a special card for the lockers at the front door and the elevators. The building has high security standards. The owner Mr Larry was very helpful upon my arrival and departure time and he maintained high standards of communication, also helping me to exchange currency for the rent payment. If you are looking for a cozy and modern place to stay for a while don't hesitate to book this apartment, Mr Larry is one of the best hosts I ever had. Thank you, cheers to the next time!

Molto accogliente e super accessoriata, arredata con grande gusto.

Хорошая квартира в отличном состоянии со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Все чистое и ухоженное. Расположение очень подошло для целей моей поездки. От аэропорта доехали без пробок за 25 минут. Поблизости достаточно различных магазинов, и заведений, где можно было покушать с хорошей местной кухней. С погодой не совсем повезло, но в квартире было тепло и действительно по-домашнему уютно. Хозяева - очень заботливые и отзывчивые, пошли навстречу с ранним заездом и очень помогли с решением моего вопроса, не касающегося непосредственно проживания, за что им большое спасибо! Если вновь буду по делам в этом направлении, постараюсь остановиться здесь снова.
