After reading reviews from previous stays, I got prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be much much better than expected. The main reason for booking this place was the location, I was looking for something very close to the city center and it met my expectations completely! Location is amazing, its in a very safe neighborhood, only 5 min away from the Arc and few minutes away from Maillot station, the supermarket which is open till 10pm is right next door, there are many restaurants and shops, lively hood, there are no 'problematic passers-by' whichbis very important for Paris. I traveled with my mom and we felt completely safe to be outside till 11pm and walk back home! Also, for 4 day stay, we used just once public transportation and once a taxi, every importat tourist spot is a walk-distance from the apt. I would also recommend it to tourists who land and departure on Beavuais airport, since the airport shuttle stops and depart from a station that is 4 min walk from the apt. Place is small but is provided with everything u need for a couple days stay. There is a big closet though.
No wifi and wasn't cleaned very well, we found someone's ear cleaning buds under the bed 🙈

Es más pequeño de lo que se ve en fotos. Tiene el baño fuera del departamento eso no me gustó. Aunque es pequeño el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como turista en Paris

Location was great with easy access to multiple metro stations (which you can get to CDG airport from). Shops and restaurants on doorstep. And building very beautiful and classic. Bed was very comfortable for a sofa bed, kitchen had all the basics you’d need for a weeks stay. Shower had warm water!
Only downside of the property was the key collection. You pick up the keys from a shop about a 10-15 min walk away if you’re walking with luggage. This is inconvenient and a bit of a struggle if you’re travelling with suitcases etc, you feel relief that you’ve made it to you accommodation only then to realise you have to turn around and walk even more to get keys. Further, check out time being 10 means keys have to be at the shop by 10. We weren’t made aware of this until very late at night before we had to check out. Really it should be 9:45 check out and 10 key drop off so you know what you’re getting in to.

La cosa migliore che ci è piaciuta è stata sicuramente la posizione della struttura, vicina all'arco di Trionfo e tante altre attrazioni e fermate tram/metro vicine.
La vista dalla camera è molto bella, si affaccia su un cortile tranquillo, così come la zona dove si trova la residenza. La stanza è calda e ha tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno.
Le dimensioni erano veramente minuscole, non molto adatto per una coppia, una volta che metti una valigia e uno zaino non riesci più a camminare. Il bagno si trova a fianco della porta d'ingresso (non è nella stanza) e l'odore non era il massimo. Se si ha un grande spirito di adattamento e si usa la stanza principalmente per dormire è una buona soluzione.
L'host della struttura non è reperibile in nessun modo prima della data di check-in.
