Calme, proche de Paris/ parc des princes

I was very dissatisfied with the place. Read until the end because it will be very important for your choice. I will leave photos! I saw that the place was simple, ok. But when I arrived it was a little different from the photos. 1- They don't have the capacity to put a third bed. They left a bed reservation open, but there was no space to move around in the room! Opening the wardrobe is impossible! And there is a crib in the closet. My baby slept with me because the only space I could open for him was in the kitchen! The internet didn't work during the stay. The host said he was having problems with the provider. Maybe he used this as an excuse for all the guests, because he wanted to give it to 3 neighbors. They all had internet service! The worst part!!! The bed had bedbugs or fleas! I bought a spray, sprayed it all over the mattress and bought my own bed linen! I reported it when I booked!!! There are pipes all over the kitchen, a hole in the ceiling and pipes in the bathroom. So he doesn't post this in the photos. People flush the toilet all night long, and it makes a horrible noise inside the small studio. There is no fan and the hot air does not heat up! The water tank for taking a shower is inside the bathroom and has a capacity for 7 minutes of hot showering. After that, you have to wait at least 1 hour for the water in the house to heat up again. ALL the dishes in the kitchen were put away dirty. During the night, cockroaches were crawling all over the kitchen. They gave up cooking because it was disgusting. There were cockroaches all over the floor of the apartment and ants. I recorded everything! In addition to broken glass in the outside area and the smell of gas from a kitchen on the first floor in front of the hallway that leads to the apartment, I do not recommend it and I am requesting a refund because my experience with booking during this stay was horrible and this has never happened before.

Nothing

The apartment was really close to everything and easily reachable with bus and trains. There is a bus that stops right at the theatre next to the eifeltower, the busstop is only a 10 min walk from the apartment. Also the area around there was really nice and authentic, not a lot of tourists. We can reccommend "au bureau", its a pub just around the corner. It has really nice food and we did not see a single tourist. Also "la garçonnière", it is abt 15 to 20 min from the appartment, they had really nice french food and also no tourists in sight. Its good if you want nice authentic food but out of the way of the packed centre.

The appartement was really small (for 3 adults too small) and there was a pipe that had water rushing through every 10ish minutes until around 11pm. The toiletdoor doesnt fully close and the plucks are a bit shaky in the sense of if you plug out your adapter the frame might come out too and you have to put it back in the wall. Also there were some mini cockroaches (the european version) that were scrambling around at night mostly, so some traps would be nice. It looked dirty in some parts eventhough it was probably clean. And we had to open the windows immediatly after arrival because it smelled stale. The blanket that you get for the bed is the ones on the pictures, that is not just a day blanket overthrower. The shower is about half a meter over the floor and while getting in is okay, getting out proofs to be dificult, so its probably not suited for old people. The extra bed is VERY laid through so its really hard to get up from.

Appartement calme on y a bien dormi après nos grandes journée de visite. Et très bien placé pour les visites et prendre les transports.

Appartement vétuste , mal entretenu , intérieur sale , douche d'accés très difficile environ 50 cm plus haute que le sol . Strict minimum dans la cuisine : vaisselle , couverts et la propreté laisse à désirer . Pas de poubelle de cuisine.
