It was a bad experience. Nothing was clean, specially the bathroom.I would not recommend someone for this place. Though

I didn’t like anything about the property.Besides the property manager was also very rude and they have no time sense.

The property has agreed that we can check in between 12:00 to 13:00 pm, and said when we arrived we should call him. But when we call him at that time he said we should Come 13.30pm because the appartment is not clean yet.He said we need should wait until 14.00 pm. We were still there outside in the heavy rain.We called him again at 14.00 he said someone is coming to give us the key, and she came after 1 hour ,at 15.10 pm.So basically they have no time manner. The property manager also very rude with us during the call. Beside the room was not ad it is in the picture neat and clean. The bathroom was horrible. Also the toilet.I would never recommend this to someone.

The advertising was not clear to state that the toilet is not part of the bathroom. The toilet is outside the apartment around the corner. If that was clear in the advertising I would never have booked that room.

Horrible - one of my worst ever experiences

Nothing.

The property had just been broken into. The lock was broken. It took us 6-7 hours to check in. The place took hours to reply on the day we were checking in, after being told they would message us on check in day to ensure it was smooth. There was no toilet like stated. The floor was filthy. They didn’t have parking or ironing facilities. Host refused to speak in English.

Por suerte tiene una ubicación excepcional

La ubicación, muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel, aproximadamente 20 mins caminando. A 8 mins de una parada de metro.. parques y zonas verdes muy caminables y tranquilas.

Habíamos acordado una hora de llegada con el anfitrión, sin embargo me hizo esperar una hora frente a la puerta. Eso es demasiado tiempo, a las 21 hrs.. El baño NO ESTÁ dentro de la habitaciòn, está en un pasillo de afuera. No se peude garantizar si alguien mas del edificio lo usa o no.

No me gustó Absolutamente nada, la verdad una experiencia muy mala ya que el casero no cumplió con el horario de la reserva y No hay baño privado como la elegí y pague dicen que hay baño privado y no es cierto por otra parte las toallas sucias las sábanas también sucias el piso sucio y se supone que era para dos personas y algunos utensilios solo era para 1 otra cosa no había papel de baño ni jabón siquiera para lavarse las manos el sanitario que está fuera y retirado de la habitación es sin luz y sucio

В квартире нет туалета!!!

Прекрасное местоположение, тихо, зелено, рядом парк, близко до остановок общественного транспорта. В апартаментах хорошая стиральная машина с сушкой. Были в наличии чистейшие отличные полотенца.

Самое главное - в апартаментах есть душ, но нет туалета! И это не отражено в описании квартиры на сайте, этот момент аккуратно обойден. Если не читать отзывы других путешественников, очень трудно понять, что туалет вынесен в общий коридор, и его также посещают жители других квартир. Сам туалет без ремонта и грязный. В душе в апартаментах есть раковина, но он расположена на уровне груди, так что даже руки вымыть сложно. Также на кровати не было ни одеяла, ни простыней вместо одеяла, мы были вынуждены купить два пледа, чтобы чем то укрываться. Посуды недостаточно, нет больших кружек и сковорода с кривым дном. В общем, если бы не отсутствие туалета - было бы сносно, но откровенное враньё в описании снижает оценку.

Mooie groene locatie, gratis parkeren. Dichtbij de Eiffeltoren en mooie parken. De bushalte is vlakbij.

De locatie. Het bed was comfortabel.

Geen toilet op de kamer, erg krap, de verhuurder was moeilijk te bereiken. Ze spraken geen Engels. Wij stonden minstens een halfuur voor een dichte deur. Eenmaal binnen bleek het appartement niet schoongemaakt en niet opgeruimd. Was ronduit vies. De schoonmaker werd toen snel opgetrommeld en is daarna minstens een halfuur bezig geweest om de boel leefbaar te maken. Aardige man overigens en heeft erg goed zijn best gedaan. Het appartement stonk erg. Er was duidelijk in gerookt. De waterkoker bleek niet te functioneren.

L'appartement "de luxe" n'a strictement rien de luxe : IL n'y a même pas de toilettes dans l'appartement. Je ne vois pas où est le luxe. Il est tout petit. il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet, ni de table de chevet .

Een teleurstelling bij binnenkomst maar qua locatie en redelijk goed bed toch een prettig verblijf.

De locatie. Mooie wijk op loopafstand van park, leuke café-restaurantjes, levendige straatjes en de Seine - Eiffeltoren.

De omschrijving is zeer misleidend! -Geen ‘luxe’ appartement. -Geen 27 vierkante meter maar 17 (!). -Geen toilet op kamer maar in de gang en gedeeld met andere bewoners/gasten. -Zeer gehorig ( en gelukkig deed de lift het niet, deze zit binnen de kamer gebouwd). -Geen afwasteil, afwasmiddel en theedoek. Alleen een sponsje en druiprekje. -Vieze badhanddoek. -Geen droogrek, maar wel wasmachine en zeeppoeder. -Geen compleet servies voor twee personen. -Geen wifi aangezien de factuur niet betaald bleek. -Schrale sigarettenrook geur in kamer en beddengoed. -Centrale verwarming (klein) die niet regelbaar is. Dag en nacht raam opengezet.
