Affordable, private, cute with good location stay for one in Paris!

Good neighbourhood, children playing you can hear from the window, apartment had everything from the washing machine to the private shower and bathroom and kitchen. Very nice host!! Late checkout is sometimes possible!

Apartment is actually one room out of three in a three room apartment - walls are paperthin so please bring earplugs just in case as conversations from other rooms can be heard clearly.

Séjour agréable nous y reviendrions volontiers

Le décor de ce studio est très agréable. Ce n'est pas spacieux mais fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme et très agréable ainsi que l'immeuble. Logement très bien chauffé.

Le ménage était un peu sommaire, c'est dommage ! L'utilisation de la penderie est difficile car un frigo est stocké à l'intérieur empêchant de pendre correctement les vêtements sur un cintre.

Si j’avais su je n’aurais pas louer.

Logement chaleureux et sécurisé. Draps propres. Serviettes de bain et savons de bonne qualité. Chauffage ok. Propriétaire courtois.

Mobilier très vieillissant, décoration agressive, espace restreint pour 2 personnes, insonorisation, énormément de bruits du logement voisin , manque d’aération, façade exposée à la cour non étanche au froid

Un joli studio à deux pas de Paris…

Globalement tout était très bien pour un court séjour proche de Paris. Accueil impeccable et réactivité de l’hôte.

Juste un peu chaud … mais on a ouvert la fenêtre et tout s’est très bien passé ☺️

El sector muy bonito y la amabilidad del anfitrión, nos atendió súper bien y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo; es un lugar pequeño pero muy cómodo, cama súper buena, el baño y todos los servicios muy completos

Proximité de la clinique Ambroise Paré (moins de 2 minutes). Studio fun et harmonieux. Tout le confort qu'on peut souhaiter pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Environnement calme et entretenu.

Stilosa e confortevole

Piccola tana confortevole a cui far ritorno dopo i tuoi giri a Parigi. Ha tutto l'essenziale ed è ben riscaldata. Si trova all' interno di un cortile elegante in un quartiere chic. Dista 1 km dalla Metro 1 e dalla Metro 3. Dista 2 km da Porte Maillot, dove ferma la navetta per l'aeroporto di Beauvais. Buona soluzione per chi viene da lì come me.

Prezzo altino ma in media. La cucina ha due piastre, e per un italiano mangia pasta come me non è utilizzabile come vorrei, troppo tempo per mangiare! Questo è l'unico limite.

Un lieu agréable et super bien situé, qui m'a aidé à bien passer mon examen médical !

La décoration très sympa apporte un sentiment de bien-être. Les équipements sont très corrects. L'emplacement était idéal, car devant subir un examen médical avec anesthésie à la clinique sise sur le même trottoir à moins de 100 mètres, je n'aurais pas pensé trouver aussi près et aussi bien. Le propriétaire est disponible pour fournir les infos qui nous facilitent l'arrivée et l'entrée dans les lieux. Il est très convivial et n'hésite pas à partager la conversation. Bravo !
